I am a faculty member in the clinical psychology program at the University of Toledo (UT), Toledo, Ohio. I along with a former undergraduate student of mine who recently graduated from UT (Reem Subei), are conducting an online study of the effect of societal stereotypes on college Muslim female students who wear head-scarves, and we would highly appreciate your participation, if you meet these criteria: you are a college student, female, wear a head-scarf, and are 18 years or older. All it involves is completing a short questionnaire. Most people who participate finish in 15 minutes or less. You will not be required to provide any personally identifying information, so all of your answers will be anonymous and held in complete confidentiality.
If you meet or don’t meet the participation criteria described above, please also forward this email to those you know meet the criteria – thanks!
We would greatly appreciate your participation. To participate in this study, please click here and read the informed consent information before completing the study questionnaire.
